Any purchase made on or after November 8th, 2024, can be returned to our store until January 3rd, 2025. Online orders must be postmarked by January 3rd, 2025. Purchases made prior to November 8th, 2024, or after January 3rd, 2025, will be subject to the standard 30-day return policy, provided the item(s) meet the return conditions:

- Original tags still attached
Any shipping fees on the original order are final and will not be refunded.
Gift Set must be returned as a set, no individual items, online returns only.

- Track your parcel by clicking on “Track your return” in the return confirmation email or use the tracking number provided on the return label.
- Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your return from the time it arrives at our warehouse. During our busy holiday periods, please allow a little more time.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected on your account

Refunds may take 5- 7 business days to show on your account depending on your financial institution.
